Trailer Park Promotes Craig A Platt to VP Producer Trailer Park Theatrical

Trailer Park, the industry's leading entertainment marketing agency, has promoted Craig A. Platt to Vice President, Producer, Trailer Park Theatrical. He continues to report to Trailer Park Theatrical President Matt Brubaker, with whom he's worked closely since 2008 producing trailers, TV spots and other creative AV materials for both studio and independent feature films. Platt's recent Trailer Park Theatrical projects include The Town and Due Date (Warner Bros.), Diary of a Wimpy Kid (Twentieth Century Fox), Hot Tub Time Machine (MGA UA) and I Love You Phillip Morris (Roadside Attractions), among others.
"Craig has shown a passion for Entertainment Marketing that has turned him into an amazing creative producer," says Matt Brubaker, Trailer Park Theatrical President. With Brubaker, Platt has been honored recently with a Golden Trailer Award for The Book of Eli, and nominations for Sherlock Holmes and Terminator Salvation, which also picked up a Key Art nomination. Other Platt-produced Golden Trailer-nominated campaigns are Hot Tub Time Machine and Ninja Assassin.
ABOUT CRAIG A. PLATT
Craig A. Platt is VP, Producer, Trailer Park Theatrical. He joined the company in 2008 as a Coordinator and advanced quickly up the ranks. As one of the lead producers under Trailer Park Theatrical President Matt Brubaker, Platt helps to oversee the creation of theatrical film teasers, trailers, TV spots, web films, NCM Trailers and viral campaigns. Clients include Hollywood's largest studios and independents, with projects ranging from The Town to Sherlock Holmes, Night At The Museum: Battle of The Smithsonian and Angels and Demons. Prior to joining Trailer Park Theatrical, Platt worked in Publicity & Marketing at Warner Independent Pictures, reporting to the arm's EVP, Laura Kim. During his tenure there, projects released included The Painted Veil, In the Valley of Elah, the Leonardo DiCaprio-produced The Eleventh Hour and David Gordon Green's Snow Angels. He also served as Corporate Communications Associate at Warner Bros. Entertainment. He earned a BA from Tulane University and an MFA from Southampton College of Long Island University.
