The Art Director is an original thinker responsible for the
creation of cutting-edge online marketing including web sites,
widgets, apps, games, banners, rich media, etc for both our
consumer goods and entertainment clients. They effectively
communicate and coordinate with the Creative Director, information
architect, copywriter, production artists, and producer to ensure
that the visual design communicates the desired message, and
functions successfully for varying technical and performance
specifications. Working in the Interactive department and under the
supervision of the Creative Director, the Art Director is a
team player who is skilled in matching strategic direction with
appropriate design results.
Position Responsibilities:
• Highly creative
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and work in a
team environment.
• Solid understanding of client deliverables,
and the ability to take responsibility for them.
• Has demonstrated successful design and
integration, and the delivery of projects on time and within the
given budget.
• Superior communication, organization and time
management skills. Ability to negotiate, communicate and inform
within the project teams.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Essential skills and experience
• 4+ years interactive design experience is a
must.
• At least 2-4 years as a graphic designer in
one of the following areas: multimedia, agency creative or graphic
design.
Required Technical Expertise:
• Expertise in design software. (Photoshop,
Illustrator, Flash, After Effects)
• Strong knowledge of interface design
