Rick Eiserman


Rick is in charge of everything that goes on at this 500+ person agency. Before taking the lead at Trailer Park, his career began at Y&R where he became Managing Partner of Y&R Brands SoCal. Rick strives to expand Trailer Park's services as a creative agency for the connected world, and fosters an environment that maintains our award-winning creative quality. When he isn't between meetings or working in airports and carpool lanes, he relaxes with his wife and 3 children.

Doug Troy


Doug leads our operations and financial growth of Trailer Park.  He has over twenty years of executive and financial management experience beginning with his time at Interpublic Group of Companies (IPG), where he served as Senior Vice President. Doug was named CFO of the year in 2012 by the Los Angeles Business Journal. He loves spending time back home in the Midwest staying active with his wife and three teenagers. 

Matt Brubaker

President, Theatrical and Theatrical Home Entertainment

Matt leads the charge, from start to finish, for Trailer Park's many theatrical projects. As the creative vision behind multiple award winning motion picture campaigns, Matt is considered one of the top theatrical marketers in Hollywood.  Previously a creative exec at Warner Bros and New Line Cinema, Matt arrived at Trailer Park in 2004 and has helped build our Theatrical division into an industry powerhouse.  Matt has a passion for design, classic cars, and is active in the Academy of Motion Pictures and Sciences.

Mike Leathers

President, Television and Television Home Entertainment

Mike oversees all things TV at Trailer Park, following each property from start to finish. He brings a wealth of past experiences to the team, and has built a habit of providing Network & Cable clients with work that exceeds their needs. Mike manages a team of writers, producers, editors and graphic designers who continuously produce award-winning promotions. In his free time, Mike can be sighted skippering his boat out to sea from the port at Marina Del Rey.


Jane Lopez

VP, Human Resources

Jane oversees human resources and recruiting and leads the community service and outreach efforts. Jane is passionate about growing the company's culture and helping employees thrive in their careers. She began her career at Warner Bros. and later headed Human Resources at Sega Entertainment. Her home life is equally busy with a husband, two very active kids and three out-of-control dogs.

Kevin Van Belois

President, Content

Kevin heads up our interactive TV, Menus and Content department, where he manages a team of creatives, technologists and producers responsible for some of the industry's most visible work. Kevin's been a part of Trailer Park since 2003, working on a vast array of projects including Avatar, The Hobbit trilogy, the Harry Potter series and many others. When not working, Kevin enjoys running, swimming and travelling around the world.

Mark Cibort

President, Digital

Mark leads our digital offering, focused on delivering integrated marketing and technology solutions for our clients. With 18 years of digital experience, Mark heads up a nimble team of creatives, technologists, producers, and client leads producing fresh and innovative work. Prior to Trailer Park, Mark worked at R/GA, OgilvyInteractive, and AGENCY.COM. In his free time, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and three young children, driving classic cars, and listening to great music.

Chris Park

SVP/Creative Director, Theatrical

Chris works alongside division President Matt Brubaker to guide the creative direction of theatrical marketing campaigns. With numerous blockbuster film campaigns to his name, Chris is a multiple Key Art and Golden Trailer award-winning producer and editor. He dedicates his off-hours to spend with his family.

Dana Flowers

SVP/Creative Director, Theatrical and Home Entertainment

Dana's role at Trailer Park is two parts; partnering with division President Matt Brubaker on theatrical campaigns, and leading creative efforts on home entertainment campaigns. Before joining us, Dana was President of Home Entertainment for Open Road Entertainment where she started the division from the ground up and won multiple Key Art Awards. When she's not in the office, she enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her family.

George Anderson

President, Creative Services

George leads a design and production team for whom no challenge is too great, providing creative solutions across theatrical, digital, experiential and more. Keeping brands alive and relevant, George is credited with award-winning work from Woodstock, to the Vegas strip, to Star Wars, Dirty Harry and everything in between. Outside work, George enjoys giving back through Project Angel Food, spending time with his pooches on the beach and escaping to exotic locales.

D'nae Kingsley


D'nae oversees strategy agency-wide, integrating brand and franchise planning, consumer research, Fanthropologyâ„¢ and analytics.

Her expertise spans emerging media, culture forecasting, innovative research methodologies, and more across Fortune 500 brands and entertainment properties. Prior to Trailer Park, D'nae held global strategic positions at lead creative agencies including Leo Burnett, TBWA\Chiat\Day and MS&L Group. When she's not traveling for work, she's traveling to see family and debating the future of technology + society with her husband.


John McMahon

President and General Manager, Art Machine

With a diverse background in creative, business and writing, John oversees Art Machine, a creative division of Trailer Park. A writer by trade, he directs creative for many different clients such as Universal Theme Parks, AMD, and Coffee Bean. His views on the industry have appeared in The Hollywood Reporter, AdCritic.Com, and Creativity. In his free time, he enjoys fiction writing, competitive strategy games that make his kids cry, and traveling to Cabo.


Jeremy Kaplan

President and Creative Director, Art Machine

Jeremy serves as President and Creative Director for Art Machine, our print and creative division, which he was integral in building. He helped lead Art Machine's evolution as a top tier entertainment creative firm. Jeremy has experience traveling to art direct photo shoots, interacting with talent and creating solutions on-site. He's also broken into cable divisions, and likes the challenge of bringing the biggest films and television campaigns to Art Machine. Do ask him about his love for hot rods, guns and watches.

Bernie del Carpio

SVP/Creative Director of Television A/V

Bernie manages a team of creatives,  produces content, and works with the industry's top networks. She has worked as a writer, editor, producer, and creative director in the television on-air promotions field for more years than there's been seasons of American Idol. Her marketing expertise covers all genres, from make you cry drama to laugh out loud comedy. She enjoys traveling, photography, and having adventures with her husband and 2 daughters.

John Zaffarano

EVP, International A/V

John and his team help clients navigate the global marketplace to distribute, market and promote their products, building revenues and fandoms in the process. From Volkswagen to LIFE OF PI, his 20+ years in entertainment spans brands, studios and agencies, developing high impact A/V materials that move product and put 'butts in seats'. Luckily for John, he enjoys traveling the globe, gaining experience with new cultures, real estate, design and photography.

Jennifer Sheriden

SVP, Creative Services

Jenn makes big ideas happen, from theatrical, TV, home entertainment, live event and corporate print and digital campaigns to DVD, Blu-ray and iTunes Extras menus. She has managed some of the most successful and award-winning home entertainment campaigns in history, including the worldwide release of "Titanic," two "Star Wars Trilogy" rereleases, "The Twilight Saga" franchise and more. Jenn enjoys spending time with family and friends and managing her "zoo" of seven animals.

Mike Tankel

SVP, Marketing Innovation

An avid listener, Mike is able to formulate new ways of increasing ROI with street-smart strategy, fresh approaches to data and technology and ideas that resonate across all channels. He grew up client side with AT&T, followed by Agency experience in automotive, entertainment, hospitality, and more. Work is still considered his hobby, but this transplanted NY'er continues to improve his golf game, guitar playing, cooking and spending time with his family.

Eli Weisman

VP, Trailer Park Interactive TV

Currently focused on devising digital strategy and developing optimal user experiences, Eli brings over 15 years experience in cross platform strategy, user experience design and technology delivery to the team. He has led creative, technical and client service teams to the successful launch of major brands across every medium used in the realm of television including web, mobile and more. When not on the clock, Eli can be found running around with his two dogs.

Duncan Campbell

VP, Business Development, iTV

Bringing 15 years experience in iTV, mobile production and business development to Trailer Park, Duncan is focused on the next horizon for our clients. Whether it's Xbox SmartGlass, SmartTV, mobile or others, Duncan responds to the changing landscape and makes Trailer Park's expertise available, opening up the discussion to new options. When not at work, Duncan can be found skiing at Mammoth on winter weekends, or volunteering his time to youth Lacrosse.

Dupe Bosu

Communications Manager

Dupe leads communications for the agency covering corporate and internal communications as well as publicity. Prior to Trailer Park, she managed communications for Hasbro's keystone TV series at The Hub Network. She's also worked across major brands in entertainment, consumer electronics and retail while at various public relations agencies. Dupe counts baking, classic films and international travel among her obsessions and "The Bachelor" as a guilty, but not-so-guilty, pleasure.

Scott Lowy

VP, Content

Scott partners with division President, Kevin Van Belois, developing strategy, implementing key initiatives and managing critical client relationships. With a background in production, creative advertising and content creation, he is a diverse creative executive who holds Theatre and Video awards, an MBA and Golden Trailer nominations. Scott has worked on many industry profile titles from theatrical campaigns to home entertainment releases in both the independent & major studio space. When not jumping through studio hoops he enjoys hanging out with his wife and two kids, cycling, hiking, film, theatre & travel.

Steve Bruno

VP, Creative Services

Steven Bruno serves as Vice President of Trailer Park's Creative Services department, providing counsel and support to a range of clients from entertainment to live events to corporate. He's known for his attention to detail, creative styling and patience. He also has a passion for photography, having self-published two books of his work.

Jennifer Kline

VP/Creative Director of Television A/V

Jen serves as Vice President and Creative Director for Trailer Park's TV/AV division. She started her career at The WB Network and then continued to hone her creative skills at various other networks and agencies in Los Angeles before joining Trailer Park in 2010. From network sizzles to series launches, Jen has handled every type of campaign and loves the challenge that each project brings. When not working, she loves to travel, read and spend lots of time with friends and family.

John Ryan

VP, Post Production

Since 2002 John has played an integral role in the growth and evolution of Trailer Park. He leads a team of Sound Designers/Mixers, VFX Artists, Colorists, Editors, Post Supervisors, AEs and PAs. John's multi-discipline background gives him a comprehensive understanding of creative and technical processes. A fine art degree and his love for all mediums has guided him through roles as Print/Motion Designer, Art Director, Producer, Editor, Colorist and VFX Artist. A SoCal native and proud Husband and Father, John can often be found riding the skate ramp he built "for his kids".

Allison Stover

Director, Business Development, Art Machine

Allison oversees the new business and sales practices for Art Machine. She has a background in traditional advertising, selling for Forbes, USA Today and Business Insider in both L.A. and New York. At Art Machine, Allison has streamlined the sales and new business process for both brand and entertainment clients. Originally from Georgia, she enjoys rock climbing and cheering for the Falcons and Bulldogs. Despite her efforts, she cannot remove the "y'alls" from her vocabulary nor shake her southern accent.


Glenn Sanders

Group Creative Director

A writer with experience in nearly all media, Glenn leads digital creative with a focus on storytelling and strategy. Prior to Trailer Park, he developed digital and integrated campaigns for TBWA\Chiat\Day, Saatchi & Saatchi, Digital Kitchen, Funny or Die, The Viral Factory and more. He's worked with electric cars, Navy SEALs, LARPers, chimps, giant monsters and even Santa Claus. An avid movie geek, Glenn enjoys epic lightsaber battles with his wife and son.

Molly Park

Group Director, Delivery

Molly leads the Trailer Park digital delivery team, driving all project management and digital operations. A great amount of Molly's digital career has been spent in the advertising agencies of Silicon Beach, including TBWA\CHIAT\DAY, Team One and BLITZ. Molly is a maker and spends her downtime launching ideas with her husband and young daughter. Her love for technology began at a young age, while trouble-shooting VCR errors in her family's Berkeley home.

Rob Stemm

Group Director, Technology

Rob brings more than 13 years of development experience related to web and mobile technologies. As Group Technology Director for the Digital division, he helps define and expand the development & QA capabilities onto new platforms. With a strong emphasis on process, Rob leads a team of talented Developers and QA analysts, always challenging the team to find areas for improvement and automation to increase efficiency. When he's not out exploring every corner of LA, he's often nerding out over furniture design, architecture or code development.

Helena Brown

Sr. Account Executive, Creative Services

Helena Brown specializes in launching stellar Home Entertainment campaigns. She began her advertising career in Chicago, working on high-profile commercials, until New York lured her with a position as a commercial agent for up-and-coming directors. After moving to LA, she worked at Aspect Ratio, Vox Advertising, and (her own company) Red Lane Studio before joining Trailer Park. When Helena isn't spearheading edgy creative, she can usually be found indulging her passion for shoes.

Jacki Moore

Sr. Account Executive, Creative Services

With over 15+ years of experience in the Entertainment Industry, Jacki is charged with an ever-expansive roster of high profile clients, among them Sony Pictures, Fox, Universal and King Sports. The UCLA alum brings a comprehensive mix of experience to each marketing challenge, from packaging and print, to digital, social networking and more. Her team's track record of strategically targeted, and creatively compelling work has garnered numerous industry accolades, including the Hollywood Reporter Key Art Award. She loves spending time with her family and enjoys hiking, biking, camping and music. 

Luis Miranda

Integrated Strategy Director

Luis manages brand strategy for the agency's client roster. His diverse, global background comes from more than 12 years of experience in strategic planning at JWT, FCB Tapsa, Publicis in Spain and Singapore, Razorfish and multicultural shop Grupo Gallegos. Among his accolades are Cannes Lions awards, a Gold Effie and a Jay Chiat Award. When not running and enjoying the California sun, DJ Luis can found tearing it up on the mixing boards.

Kenny Gallagher

Associate Director, Social Media

Kenny oversees Social Media and Community Management campaigns for entertainment and brand clients including Fox, DreamWorks, Universal Pictures, Showtime Networks, and The Second City.  When he wasn't training as a gymnast, Kenny gained experience in digital and social entertainment marketing over a 10-year span, with roles at a major studio and agencies in account management and client relations. After adding the latest hit single to his playlist, Kenny enjoys taking in the moment, and Instagramming it.

Robert Andrade

Director, Social Content Distribution

When not checking his twitter feed, Robert is at the center of social strategy, content and execution. His vast arsenal of work spans numerous industries: luxury Sports, sneakers and video games are just a few. A self-diagnosed sneaker addict, Robert can be found on the west side with his wife and two huge hounds.
